Guided tour of the Philippe Derchain exhibition

This guided tour invites you to discover the universe of Philippe Derchain (1873‑1947), a major figure of the "school of Verviers". Through more than 200 works from his studio collection, the tour reveals an intimist painter who captures the beauty of simple moments: silent interiors, landscapes bathed in light, suspended gestures. These tours offer a privileged look at an artist whose sensitivity, close to that of Pirenne and Le Brun, contributed to defining a singular and still current Verviers aesthetic. 📅 Date: 01/16/2026 from 2:00 PM-3:30 PM 📍 Location: Musées de Verviers - rue Renier 19 - 4800 Verviers 💶 Price: 5€ ✏️ Mandatory registration at musees@verviers.be - 087 326 089
