Pole Heels Intro Classes in Brussels

Curious about Pole Heels, even if you’ve never tried pole dance or worn platform heels? Flow Factory Brussels’ introductory class is a welcoming place to start. No previous pole experience or experience in platform heels is needed. Classes run throughout the year, so you can join without waiting for a new session to begin. You’ll gradually learn how to move around the pole in platform heels through movements and combinations suited to an introductory level. The class explores flow, musicality and expression, with a focus on lines, grounding and weight transfer. Everyone progresses at their own pace in the welcoming atmosphere of Flow Factory Brussels, in Schaerbeek near Place Liedts. Check the schedule and book at flowfactorybrussels.be.
