Sense and Sensibility

The film is set in Georgian-era England. The story follows the wealthy Mr. Dashwood, who passes away and leaves his second wife and three daughters in a rather precarious situation. The ladies move to a modest cottage, where the two eldest daughters vie for the attention of various suitors in search of true love.
