Take the time to include a mini-vacation and completely unwind. Close your eyes for a moment and feel what sounds and vibrations can do for you... A world of magic will open up for you. During the sound bath, you lie on a mattress and can let yourself be carried away by the sounds and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, wind chimes, handpan, and other ethnic instruments, etc. A singing bowl produces a variety of harmonic overtones. These tones trigger alpha waves in the brain, causing your brain and nervous system to immediately relax and become calm. The sounds and vibrations of the singing bowls promote deep physical and mental relaxation. The body itself lets the vibrations and sounds enter deeply where needed. Any blockages can be released, allowing you to feel relief and your self-healing power to gain more energy. We start the session by drawing an intention card and an introductory text to "land" and calm down so that the sounds are received better. Everyone can stay lying down for a while after the sound bath. We end with tea around the campfire. If desired, you can share something about your experience.
