Under the leadership of Anneloor Meersman, 45 enthusiastic singers bring a varied program with great pleasure. They take you to different musical worlds. From 'ABBA' to 'Ben E. King'... from the Balkans to Africa.... in Dutch, Bulgarian, English, and Djabber... in ports and on the fields... from show business to the film set... Sometimes goosebumps... sometimes happily enjoying... The day cannot start better than in the sun on the Walter De Buckplein with Koor Ortier. A choir every day! Between all the hustle and bustle, a chat, and a fresh beer: on the Walter De Buckplein every afternoon at 2:30 PM, the day starts accompanied by the soft sounds of the human voice. This year, we once again went hunting with Koor&Stem for choirs that give you goosebumps or elicit a smile. Heavenly voices, rebellious voices, and everything in between: they take on talking neighbors, clinking glasses, and that one person who always talks just a little too loudly. So clear your throat, lubricate your vocal cords, and feel free to sing along a bit. Because songs only get better if you don't sing them alone.
