Visit to Malt and Brewery House De Snoek and Open-Air Museum Bachten de Kupe

Registration is payment before September 14. The first activity of the afternoon is a guided visit to the Malt and Brewery House "De Snoek" in Fortem-Alveringem. This is a museum brewery annex inn where you will learn everything about malting and brewing and can also taste the local beer "De Snoek". The inn also has a very extensive beer menu. Afterwards, we will visit the open-air museum "Bachten de Kupe" in Izenberge-Alveringem at our own pace. This is also called 'little Bokrijk'. The oldest building dates from 1650. The open-air museum is an authentic farming village with, among other things, a small church, a small school, town hall, post office, grocer, etc. In inn 't Oud Wethuys with its atmospheric interior and surprising curiosities, you will be catapulted back in time. Afterwards, we will enjoy a sandwich meal in restaurant 't Spaans Kwartier in Izenberge.
