Do you have a digital question but no one around to help? Are you unsure and don't want to do anything wrong with your device? In a Digipunt, a Digihelper is present at a set time, a person who will help you with your digital questions for free. Can't we help you immediately? Then we will look for a solution together. What kind of questions can you ask? looking something up on the internet sending an email, adding an attachment to an email installing an app (Itsme, Whatsapp, QR code scanner,…) information on how to use apps or websites creating a login or a secure password making an appointment online recognizing phishing searching for interesting training regarding computers, smartphones,… … You can bring your own smartphone, computer, or tablet, or use a device from the Digipunt. Do you need help with things like logging into a government website? Then be sure to bring your identity card and the corresponding PIN code.
