Gratis concert Sheffield University Bands

The Sheffield University Wind Orchestra and Brass Band, two distinguished ensembles of young musicians from the University of Sheffield, England, are set to visit Flanders, Belgium, this June on an international tour. This exciting event continues a cherished English tradition for orchestras, choirs, and bands—using musical tours to foster cultural exchange, team spirit, and unforgettable shared experiences. Comprising talented students from various academic fields, including medicine, engineering, education, and research, the two groups bring like-minded young people through music. The Wind Orchestra features brass, woodwind, and percussion instruments, while the Brass Band is composed exclusively of brass musicians. Both ensembles enjoy presenting music to new audiences and exploring different regions.
