At IT, the cloud is overflowing and they can no longer do updates. The reincarnation department is on strike due to staff shortages. In the canteen, the rice pudding is moldy and the golden spoons are gone. And no one knows how to tell Els whether she should stay, or may return, or must reincarnate.
