Nature Aid Center Oudsbergen and visit to Oud-Rekem - Luce and Marie-Madeleine

Het Natuurhulpcentrum in Oudsbergen is busy day and night for sick, injured, and needy wild animals. In the morning we leave by bus to Oudsbergen. After a film about the daily operation of the center, a guide takes us through the nature aid center. In the afternoon we enjoy a lunch in brasserie "'t Boothuys" at the sun ponds in Rekem. You can choose from a creamy celeriac soup with crispy fried bacon bits // veggie: croutons. Game stew with warm seasonal vegetables and pine cones // veggie: vegetarian stew with seasonal vegetables and pine cones. In the afternoon we walk under the guidance of a local guide through one of the most beautiful villages in the province of Limburg: the historic town of Oud-Rekem.
