De Amerikaanse 'southern rock' band Black Stone Cherry is going on tour again. After an unforgettable passage at Graspop Metal Meeting and in Het Depot last year, Leuven cannot be missing from the schedule again. Black Stone Cherry was founded more than twenty years ago in Kentucky by four friends who started making music to escape boredom. Soon they became a sensation in the local rock scene and attracted the attention of major labels. Their self-titled debut album was released in 2006 and since ‘Devil and the Deep Blue Sea’ (2011) they have been filling concert halls all over the world. Last year their eighth album ‘Screamin’ At The Sky' was released, which is bursting with sincere lyrics, riffs to headbang to, thundering drums, and a strong piece of musicality. On March 6, 2026, a new EP 'Celebrate' is expected, of which the first singles "Neon Eyes" and "Celebrate" already sound very promising.
