Cabaret (1972)

Open-air cinema. Only indoors in case of bad weather. Seeking shelter in Berlin in the early 30s, at the time of the rise of the Nazis, writer Christopher Isherwood finds accommodation with Sally Bowles, a singer at the Cabaret nightclub who is as full of life as she is impulsive. The two become completely absorbed in the hedonism of the nightlife in the German capital and increasingly cut themselves off from the reality of the outside world.
