Aberdeen is an active European (mainly based in Belgium) Nirvana tribute band founded in 2019. The group is named after the birthplace of Kurt Cobain in the state of Washington and brings the raw energy of Nirvana's live shows and iconic studio albums back to life.\n\nThem Bones Vier lovers of the Seattle Grunge sound joined hands to form a tribute to Alice in Chains. The four band members perform meticulous hits like 'We die Young', 'Man in the Box', 'Would?', 'Rooster', 'Down in a Hole', 'Love, Hate, Love' and furthermore play a lot of other work that will certainly appeal to the true fans.\n\nThem Bones has developed into a full-fledged tribute with a focus on 'the right sound', making one imagine themselves back for an evening in a time where Layne Staley, Jerry Cantrell, Mike Starr and Sean Kinney hammered their souls into the hall in an unparalleled mix of harmonious vocals, tearing guitar sound through a 'setting 10' 'Cantrell signature' amplifier, gunshot drums and the booming bass with the characteristic high-mids that gave Starr's sound its powerful punch.
