With the Terwijl de Oosterweelverbinding and the Noordelijke Ringparken under construction, thought is already being given to the next phase: the redevelopment of the Southern Ring Road. Citizens' movements are advocating for maximum covering, but much consultation and research is still needed on this.
One of the points of discussion concerns the Brialmont Park. It groups 3 existing parks: Villegas Park, Wolvenberg, and Brilschans Park. These are currently separated from each other by the ring road (singel), railway, and highway (ring). We will explore how this area has evolved in recent years and how this fits into the covering story.
