The hairdresser's daughter who wanted to get on stage. Peggy is the daughter of a hairdresser and a mechanic. She should have stayed in her place. She didn't... And nothing went as planned.
Between a lightning ascent into the upper classes, burnout once she became an international executive, and her attempt to integrate into the professional theater world, she learned a lot about what our society calls "succeeding."
In this "conférence gesticulée" (gesticulated lecture), she dismantles the myths of meritocracy and innate talent. She explores the invisible mechanisms that keep the working classes away from theater stages and takes us with her on a class journey that is as delightful as it is outrageous. On the program: a life story, key characters played live, sociology, exchanges with the public, and a political reflection on who gets on stage to tell the world...
