Cozy participation in the social life in your city: it seems commonplace, but is not self-evident for everyone. Hartelijke Plekken want to make the difference right there. Here you can be yourself and encounters arise spontaneously. They are cafés, restaurants, shops, cultural centers... in your neighborhood where everyone is welcome, without judgment.
