Ellen takes her sister Inger on a group trip to Paris. Inger is schizophrenic and lives in an institution, but can lead a relatively normal life with the right amount of medication and avoiding too many stimuli. During the trip, Inger makes no secret of her condition, which elicits various reactions from fellow travelers. But once arrived in Paris, it turns out that Inger has a hidden agenda.
