In this training course, you will discover how network-strengthening and neighborhood-oriented work can contribute to more social inclusion for people in a vulnerable position. You will become acquainted with the Resokit methodology, which focuses on four building blocks: mindset, citizen, neighborhood, and organization. From these perspectives, you will learn how to strengthen the strengths and networks of people, build bridges between formal and informal actors, and actively involve the neighborhood in support requests. The training course combines theoretical frameworks with practice-oriented exercises, reflection, and application to your own cases. In this way, you will develop concrete tools to realize changes at the level of citizens, organizations, and policy, with the aim of promoting sustainable participation and an inclusive society.
