Lisette and her husband Gust have been married for 45 years. Their eldest daughter Martine invites her brother Laurent and her sister Astrid with her husband Rudi over for an evening to make plans together for a surprise party. Maar Lisette and Gust provide a surprise themselves when they unexpectedly come to visit Martine and her husband Marc on the same evening. The plans for a big surprise party seem to fall through.
