Scarabée follows two travelers, inspired by the wanderings of Marco Polo and the mythical silkworm. They travel from place to place with suitcases full of insects and memories, stories from distant lands. When a suitcase opens, a mechanical universe is revealed. Between gears and small machines, wondrous creatures awaken: a dragonfly that dances gently, a lantern beetle that weaves light and shadow, a silkworm undergoing its silent metamorphosis. Every stop becomes an encounter. Every suitcase a small theater. Scarabée is a collection of miniature stories about travel, change, and imagination – whispers from another time, captured in a suitcase. For everyone.
