Since his debut at the turn of the 2010s, James Blake has established himself as a figure apart in the contemporary musical landscape. With his fragile and moving voice combined with minimalist soundscapes mixing electro, soul, and experimental pop, he has shaped a deeply personal body of work. Revealed by tracks like ‘Limit to Your Love' and his critically acclaimed self-titled debut album, he has never ceased to explore new textures and musical emotions, giving birth to landmark albums such as "Overgrown", crowned by the prestigious Mercury Prize in 2013, as well as "The Colour in Anything", "Assume Form", and "Friends That Break Your Heart". A discreet but infinitely influential artist, he has also collaborated with artists from very different horizons, from Bon Iver to Kendrick Lamar, including Björk, Beyoncé, and Frank Ocean. On "Trying Times", his seventh studio album, he collaborates in particular with British rapper Dave and singer Monica Martin.
