Tea & Tales - Koen Demunck

Our new series of performances in combination with a delicious 'home made' High Tea is starting again. Sunday afternoon 3 PM - first enjoy a story and then feast on the savory and sweet delicacies! Sunday, September 27, 2026 - 3 PM. Koen De Muynck (storyteller) and Luiz Marquez (musician) Mysterious stories from the far North are interspersed with equally mysterious sounds from the southern Mexico. Verteller Koen Demuynck takes us to a distant (mythological) past in which Viking gods, giants, and dwarves come to life and eternal themes such as battle and love set the tone. As a musician, Luiz Márquez is 'at home' in a multitude of instruments: from saxophone and flute to turtle shells and sea snail shells. Together they weave, at first sight, totally different worlds into a harmonious whole.
