The municipal council of October 15, 2026 will be held at 7 PM. The agenda is available on the Délibérations.be portal. Since April 1, 2023, the draft decisions of the municipal council can be consulted on the Délibérations.be portal. The decree of May 18, 2022 relating to the extension of active publicity in Local Authorities requires municipalities to systematically publish draft decisions, before a municipal council, as well as decisions taken at the end of the council, for everything related to the agenda of the public session. The idea is to facilitate citizens' access to decisions taken by their municipality. The deadlines for the entry into force of the decree are as follows: September 1, 2022 for municipalities of 50,000 inhabitants and more and for provinces; April 1, 2023 for municipalities between 12,000 and 49,999 inhabitants; October 1, 2023 for municipalities of less than 12,000 inhabitants”. The Délibérations.be platform was designed by iMio at the request of Local Authorities in order to publish the decisions of their Municipal Councils in complete transparency. It meets the following objectives: Facilitate access to decisions emanating from the Municipal Council to everyone. Allow consultation of draft decisions (before the Municipal Council is held) and decisions (after the Municipal Council is held) included on the agenda of public sessions. From now on, agendas/summary notes will be published only on this portal.
