MOOOV deviates

Also this year, together with CC De Wouwer, we are organizing a film screening of MOOOV wijkt af. The film 'La Ragazza del futuro' by Marta Savina is on the program and will be introduced by Marc Boonen. Based on a true story. Lia is a cheerful 17-year-old woman who lives with her parents in a Sicilian village. She has a strong character and has difficulty with the ancient customs of the sixties there. She has known the flamboyant Lorenzo, son of the mayor, for a while. When he returns to their native village after a few months, they pick up their friendship again. Lorenzo clearly wants more, but Lia is reserved. One evening, he abducts her and takes her to his mountain hut, against her will.
