Contemporary Art Biennial "Miroirs VI - Tenir debout"
Sat, 5 Sept 2026 · 14:00
Avenue Elisabeth, 3, Enghien
Free
From September 5 to 20, the contemporary art Biennale "Miroirs" once again takes over the Parc d'Enghien for a sixth edition.
This exhibition will connect, once again this year, exceptional heritage and today's artists.
During each edition, a common thread is imagined. Here, the idea, so capital, of "Standing tall". This theme explores the act of building, synonymous with dreaming. Architecturally, it is the idea of protecting, of building a nest for oneself and one's loved ones or a space where one can gather to be together, be born, learn, dream, laugh, reconcile, heal... Humanly, it is shaping a life, framing it through the filter of convictions and values.
Twelve artists are divided between these two poles to question our relationship to space, architecture, and others:
Frédéric BIESMANS
Krijn DE KONING
Michel GOYON
Rémy HANS
Benoit JACQUEMIN
Cristina MEJIAS
Valérie MRÉJEN
Sofie MULLER
Élise PEROI
Grayson PERRY
Marie ROSEN
John VAN OERS
Practical information
The exhibition is accessible every day from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
