On the occasion of this conference, Comte Herman Van Rompuy, former European Président du Conseil and former prime minister, will also discuss Roi Baudouin, whom he personally knew. Vincent Dujardin has chosen as the title of his conference at our forum: "Baudouin, sovereignly free".
