The magic of Blanco White continues to work wonders. He totally bewitched his Belgian audience with ‘Tarifa', his second studio album, during a sold-out concert at the AB in 2025, thanks to his music mixed between Hispanic sweetness and Anglo-Saxon elegance. Le Londonien announces today his return to the old continent in the spring of 2027 with new material and, above all, a stop in Brussels on the stage of the Cirque Royal on March 15. Behind the stage name Blanco White hides the London folk composer Josh Edwards. And if the singer has left the coldness of his native England, it is to better warm our hearts. A lover of unknown landscapes, Edwards went to shape his art on the side of Spanish flamenco, Argentine bailecito, and Chilean cueca. It is under this pseudonym that, at the beginning of 2016, Josh decides to release "November Rain", a first single followed by ‘The Wind Rose', his first EP. The success is instantaneous, he accumulates streams and follows up with two other EPs in 2017 and 2018. His first album appears in 2020, ‘On The Other Side' offers us eleven of the most touching tracks imaginable between intimate and moving indie folk ballads, and dreamy melodies reminiscent of the ethereal universes of Eddie Vedder, Ben Howard, RY X, or even Xavier Rudd. The artist hits the mark, his sensitivity unites souls and takes us on exciting timeless journeys. With "Tarifa", his second album released in 2023, he confirms an immense talent that reflects an endearing personality whose poetic wanderings diffuse a soothing and benevolent warmth. Today, it is a new chapter in his beautiful career that the young artist is preparing to write.
