Kuthi

The performance "Kuthi" by the traveling theater Tricktrek, based in Estonia, is a one-of-a-kind puppet show that renews the tradition of military puppet theaters. It combines elements of engineering and mechanics. All decorations and characters were made by hand and from wood. "Kuthi" is not only a visual pleasure, but it is also a performance that immerses the public in the atmosphere of a medieval castle where the wedding of the king's daughter takes place. During this, the castle is suddenly attacked by ancient raven-warriors Kuthi. The castle then comes to life thanks to complex wooden mechanisms: sliding walls, moving parts, and secret rooms. The public can expect unpredictable twists. This performance has been presented in various international festivals and has won several awards.
