Naomi Celis

Naomi Celis is a Genk-based artist who brings indie, electronics, and dreamy melodies together in an idiosyncratic sound. Her voice moves effortlessly between vulnerability and strength. Together with four musicians, whom she met in the corridors of the Koninklijk Conservatorium van Antwerpen, she builds a dreamy universe in which melancholy and intensity embrace each other. With her project ‘antidote’ she took her first artistic step: a self-produced live experience accompanied by Stefanie Callebaut (SX), which could be heard in, among others, deSingel Antwerp, OPEK Leuven, and C-mine Genk. What started as an electronic search, grows today further into a pure, acoustic, and honest set.
