In 2026 Eva De Roovere celebrates the 20th anniversary of ‘De Jager’. She sets out and plays her success album in its entirety. With classics like Fantastig Toch, Laat Me Je Lied Are and De Jager, this concert series becomes a big celebration of recognition and renewal, with as its core: love for music and audience. Because what is more beautiful than celebrating the 20th anniversary of an album with… a new album? ‘Sluit de nacht’ will be a mix of life song and love song: an ode to poetry, melody and rhythm. A search for connection and comfort in these turbulent times. Together with some of the best songwriters from Flanders and with producer Koen Gisen, Eva breathes new life into her repertoire, giving the twenties pop of back then a mature, contemporary sound.
