Les Gou^ts of the neighborhood What is your favorite flavor? Is it sweet, sour, bitter... or something you can't really explain? And... who or what does this flavor remind you of? Maybe your grandma's cookies, an ice cream at the beach, or hot chocolate in the snow? In this project, we go in search of a world you cannot see, but that you can smell and taste. With the artists of MUS E and the animators of EWA Youth, we are going to explore Saint Gilles. We talk with neighbors, meet shopkeepers and restaurateurs, and we harvest flavors and stories. Because behind every taste hides a little story. At the workshop, all these impressions become creation. With images, words, and sounds, we make the invisible visible. Flavors become works of art, and stories mix like a delicious smoothie. And then... we party! Pendant Park Poétik, we are organizing a big flavor party on the square. Everyone is invited to come watch, listen, and taste. At the table: flavors that tell a story!
