Yoga in nature

Just like in previous years, we are offering two yoga classes in nature. Led by Toon Van Hooreweghe, yoga teacher at Yoga Prasada Aalter, we will roll out our mats on a small grassy field along the canal in Bellem. In the open air and in the peace of the evening, taking care of body and mind in a yoga way: wonderful! Practical • Beginners and advanced students are welcome. • Bring a mat or a blanket and wear loose clothing. • Registration is possible via our website www.natuurpunt.be/aalter. • You can choose to follow both classes, or one of the two. • This activity is free for members of Natuurpunt Aalter and Yoga Prasada Aalter, non-members pay 5 euros per class. What if it rains? In case of very bad weather, the classes will not take place. Those who have registered will be notified during the day.
