Closing event: June 18 visit to the reception center Coninckxbeeck

THURSDAY June 18 at 4 PM at the Coninckxbeeck reception center This year we have chosen a visit to the local vineyard as a finale. Luc Schelfhout, Bart De Vleeschouwer, and Luc Houben have made their dream come true. These sporty cycling friends from WIK-Cycling have joined forces and are starting a wine estate, or rather, ‘Wine-Estate’ CONINCKXBEECK. We gather at the hangar, from there we walk to the vineyard and get a 40-minute tour with a glass of bubbles (not theirs yet). After that, there is another 30-minute tour in the hangar itself with a glass of their own summer white wine. The tour is conducted by Bart De Vleeschouwer. It lasts until about 5:45 PM so that we are at Il Sapore by 6 PM. There we can enjoy the menu below: King crab salad - fresh herbs - basil - pergamena di pane ~ Whiting - puffed leek - barilotto (type of ricotta) - hazelnut parsley puree - mousseline sauce OR Ossobuco alla milanese - fresh tagliolini - gremolata ~ Grilled pineapple - mascarpone - roasted pistachios – amaretti Partners are very welcome!
