Rexit!

Played for the first time in French, Rexit! revisits the political and moral confrontation that opposed Leopold III to Paul-Henri Spaak and divided Belgium for ten years. Bruno Vanden Broecke (Mission and Para) and Valentijn Dhaenens take on the roles of this historic and exciting duel. May 1940, the Belgian army is defeated. Entre Léopold III and his Minister of Foreign Affairs Paul-Henri Spaak emerge with two irreconcilable visions of the country's destiny. The government chooses flight, the king remains. The conflict will not stop festering and will lead to the Royal Question.
