BIJT + TROY - live

Starting this autumn, we will regularly organize a concert in ’t Veerhuis together with the colleagues from CC De Ster in Willebroek, which has recently come into the hands of the organizers behind Fête Magique. New music from young makers in an inspiring place, just across the water. BIJT BIJT brings Dutch-language indie pop with a message, centered around the Boom-based songwriter and activist Ruth-Marie Henckes and guitarist Menno Buggenhout. In a bath of driving bass lines, eclectic drums, and superior guitar work, BIJT brings an energetic show full of girl power. Sincere, intimate, and healing. TROY TROY is a Belgian rapper, producer, and trumpeter who connects soulful and jazzy hip-hop with conscious lyrics. He starts from classic new school boom bap, inspired by artists like Joey Bada$ and Saba, but tries – just like Tyler, the Creator – to explore more and more new sides of the genre. A bridge between the traditional and experimental that already led him to the audience award of Sound Track (Flemish Brabant) 2025 and with the song became the winner of De Nieuwe Lichting 2026 of Studio Brussel.
