Laure Murat - Should we rewrite... or reread the classics?

In her book All Eras Are Disgusting (Verdier, 2025), Laure Murat attempts to reshuffle the cards of a controversy that blurs the real issues of creation and its political dimension. Laure Murat is a writer and professor at UCLA. She regularly contributes to the press on the culture wars that tear apart France and the United States. She is the author of a dozen books. In 2023, her book Proust, Family Novel (Robert Laffont) won the Medicis Essay Prize.
