Lasne in Celebration!

Every year, Lasne en fête brings together all generations in a warm atmosphere. This weekend is the perfect opportunity to stroll through the center, enjoy the sidewalk sale, and share a gourmet moment on a terrace. The event, organized by the Lasne merchants' association with the support of the municipality, offers you a rich, varied, and accessible program for everyone, to experience two days intense in emotions, encounters, and shared pleasures. Saturday, June 13 From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: the sidewalk sale takes place in the center of Lasne. Take advantage of exceptional promotions in the shops, in a peaceful setting where car traffic remains authorized. From 12 p.m.: the funfair opens its doors on the Place d'Azay-le-Rideau. Laughter, thrills, and wonder guaranteed for children and parents alike! New: take full advantage of the sidewalk sale thanks to the free little train connecting the center of Lasne to the Messager district. Leave your car in the parking lot and enjoy a friendly ride to discover all the offers from your merchants! From 4 p.m.: closure of the Rue de l'Église and start of the village evening. Lasne restaurateurs and food artisans will delight you with their specialties in the form of street food. The merchants' association bar will offer local beers and a bouncy castle will delight the youngest ones. At 6 p.m.: musical aperitif. At 8 p.m.: concert by Stefan Gillis, followed by DJ Thibault to end the evening in style. Sunday, June 14 From 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.: traffic will be closed in the center, detours are planned. From 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.: the heart of Lasne transforms into a vast treasure market. More than a hundred antique dealers will take over the streets, while street food stands, the bar, and numerous activities will punctuate the day. Reservations for flea market spots are made via the website: www.braderiedelasne.be. Shops will open their doors to extend the sidewalk sale. 10:30 a.m.: official opening of the event by the municipal council. 12 p.m.: opening of the food trucks with musical atmosphere and free bouncy castles for the little ones. 4 p.m.: parade of the Majorettes, accompanied by the Genappe musical revival brass band. The funfair will continue its entertainment for young and old. As every year, the Azay-le-Rideau twinning committee will be with us with its essential Loire terroir products to be enjoyed without moderation. This year, the agricultural stand is thinking big! Enjoy educational activities (children's quiz, discovery of forests and local agriculture) and come meet producers of vegetables, honey, and birch sap. Canine behavior experts and representatives of the equestrian world will also be present to address the concept of animal welfare.
