Bird watching Northern island - salt marshes of the Notelaer - Groot Schoor - kouter Wintam

During this day excursion, we look at migratory birds and summering birds on the Northern Island, along the salt marshes of the Notelaer and the Groot Schoor, we picnic in the open air on a bench in the park of Ursel Castle, after the afternoon we walk over the fields of Wintam and the Sea Canal.
None of this is guaranteed, guaranteed are the beautiful landscapes along the mighty Scheldt, with the new Sigma area the Groot Schoor, the Hingenewiel, the Ursel park, and the vastness of the fields between Eikevliet, Hingene, and Wintam. Before we walk back towards the ferry along the Rupel, we make a stop on the terrace of a café in Wintam.
Parking Tolhuis (Rupeldijk), end Tolhuisstraat Schelle at 9:50 AM, ferry 10 AM, ferry back at 4 PM.
The walking distance is approximately 11km.
Bring: binoculars, possibly telescope, picnic, and a drink for on the way.
