Longarius Waltus – the alter ego of Wout Jacobs – brings original work that balances between the playful energy of Bart Peeters and the anarchistic edge of Katastroof. Those original songs are interspersed with recognizable covers, brought with a solid dose of charm. Because an acoustic guitar alone sometimes sounds a bit dry, he eagerly makes use of a loop pedal – wannabe Ed Sheeran , as he likes to call it himself. In addition, keyboard and trumpet also appear on the scene, with which he builds a rich sound layer by layer. In short: a quirky one-man show with loops, humor, recognition, and musical craftsmanship – Longarius Waltus serves an evening full of entertainment, straight from the heart. Dizzy Fingers has been a fixture on Flemish stages for years and is known for their energetic mix of country, rock, and blues. The band consists of experienced musicians with an impressive past within the Belgian music scene, with connections to, among others, Irish Coffee and collaborations with artists such as Wim De Craene. Since the 90s, they have been bringing a varied live repertoire with influences from, among others, CCR, Dire Straits, Eric Clapton and The Beatles. For this special evening, they are reinforced by The Horny Horns , the brass section of The Fake Band. They provide a good dose of power on stage and guarantee a full, swinging sound. Expect an evening full of atmosphere, musical class, and ambiance where sitting still becomes impossible. Thanks to KSA Roodkapjes and Rio Grande Line Dancers for providing the necessary drinks.
