On Saturday, September 26, Muizenaar Jozef Du Bin will take you on a dialect walk: ‘Mòòzə tussə də stiewèg en de vaat‘ (Muizen between the Leuvensesteenweg and the Leuvense Vaart). Muizen… a place pulled from the mud of the Dijle, inhabited by farmers, workers, commuters, and a lord of the manor, here and there. De Viking, the Spaniard, the Frenchman, and the German came here to do their thing. And the village grew. There used to be nothing here… we are going to take a look, between the Steenweg and the Vaart, at what remains of that! The guided tour lasts about an hour and a half and is +/- 2 kilometers long
