Be the first to visit the renovated church of Oudenaken. The church building has been converted into a community hall. The architect will show you around the construction site, which is almost finished. The visitor can take a look at the renovated church where, among other things, a bar and kitchen have been installed. The old community hall next to the church was demolished. A beautiful green garden is being laid out on the cleared space. From 2027, the renovated church will do full justice to its new function as a community building. We will also provide an explanation about the archaeological finds that were discovered during the works. Practical info: Temporary one-way traffic will be set up in the area to be able to create a parking lane along Baasbergstraat and Gaasbeekstraat. Please follow the road signage. Accessibility: The location is accessible without a threshold; only the top floor cannot be entered.
