Led by frontman Ray Fuego (SMIB), the Amsterdam-based Ploegendienst is known as the Best Band van Nederland . Call it hardcore , call it punk , call it ‘ vicious pop music . Call it what you want, it doesn't matter. Ploegendienst is as ruthless as it is real. With Ray as a self-proclaimed unstable projectile, they tear down every stage offered to them. Literally. In April, GEEN TITEL (NO TITLE), the third album by Ploegendienst , will be released. It is again a headbutt towards everything that dares to venture near Ray Fuego . In doing so, the band broadens their known Dutch-language hardcore sound with post-punk and grunge . And a ballad is even promised. GEEN TITEL brings Ploegendienst to Bruges for the first time, after earlier rough passages in Ghent (Charlatan) and Kortrijk (De Kreun). The repair work there is almost finished, so time for Ploegendienst Cactus Café to be taken under the knife.
