What happens if the horizon no longer lies in the distance, but rests in our hands? What if we were to carry the earth? Would we take better care of it then?
Plateau is a poetic encounter between theater and illustration. A miniature world unfolds on stage in image and sound. We see a playground full of possibilities. Curious hands explore it: they move, rebuild, enlarge, and crush. Little by little, the world becomes fuller. And heavier.
Why is the earth silent? Or are we not listening well? What space do we occupy? And how much space do we need then? Should we turn back the clock or find a new way to take care?
