Homemade iced tea, lemonade, and mocktails

Ferm Labo | Learn to make delicious ice tea yourself! What can you expect? Christa will teach you how to make ice tea, lemonade, and mocktails in different ways. You will discover what an ice brew is, a cold brew, and a shock brew, and what the basic elements are for homemade drinks. Then it's your turn!  We will get to work in small groups. Each group will prepare a summer drink and then rotate to the next table. I have prepared the ingredients for 4 recipes: a homemade ice tea (healthy alternative to soft drinks and without added sugar), a festive mocktail for a summer evening, an iced latte (also tasty as a healthy snack), and a fresh, tart lemonade with freshly squeezed juice.  More info and registration
