Between ghosts, glitches, and crashing norms.
‘AFK (Away From Keyboard)’ is a quirky circus performance in a glitched world where norms are juggled. Sofie Anny Nicea Velghe and Camille Paycha sharpen your senses and take you to a universe full of visual deception, floating ghosts, and multiple identities. Inspired by two seemingly contradictory sources of knowledge – the thinking of the indigenous Brazilian philosopher Ailton Krenak (Ideas to Postpone the End of the World) and cyberfeminism – a playful and stimulating exploration of how those worlds touch and strengthen each other arises.
