HOTEL HOPPING in Antwerp

In Antwerpen you can do various city walks. We chose Hotel Hopping! This walk originated after corona because so many chic hotels were standing empty and they wanted to put these beautiful buildings in the spotlight. As a visitor, you don't just walk into such a five-star hotel, so that voyeuristic side is very popular! Often these hotels are located in historic buildings that have a story attached to them. We depart from Motel One, a brand-new gem, recently opened on the Oever, to end up via various gems at Sapphire House, a magnificent 5-star hotel! We walk with a guide and therefore discover some unknown parts of Antwerp! Most of these hotels occupy several buildings and courtyards, which provides interesting views. Between the hotels, information is given about the buildings and the operators, the history of the hotel industry, and interesting facts. This walk lasts a full two hours.
