Theater op de Markt 2026

From August 5 to 9, Hasselt will once again become the beating heart of Theater op de Markt. For five days, circus, open-air theater, installations, and performances will take over the city. Streets, squares, and unexpected places form the backdrop for strong artistic performances, visual spectacle, and special encounters between creators and the public. Theater op de Markt is a Limburg story with international appeal: an initiative of the Provincie Limburg that gives space to imagination, wonder, and connection.
