Abdijavond Koksijde on July 29: Missy Sippy All Stars

Straight from the Gentse Blues & Roots temple of the late Tiny Legs Tim: the Missy Sippy All Stars are coming to Koksijde! The jams in the Missy Sippy Blues & Roots Club are legendary and have a lot of regular habitués who invariably grab an instrument there and then completely 'throw themselves'. The permanent line-up with Leander Vandereecken (guitar & vocals), Olivier Vander Bauwede (guitar & vocals), Matt T Mahony (guitar & vocals), Karel Algoed (double bass), and Bernd Coene (drums) also brings two insanely good top singers for the occasion: Fedia Holail & Naomi Sijmons. What can you expect? An evening where it is impossible to stay still, with fantastic blues, boogie, and swing. Lots of energy, own songs, recognizable classics, and occasionally 'a good slow one'.
