Mindful walk to Bokrijk (8 km.) from Hasselt

The Provinciaal Domein Bokrijk is a 550-hectare domain, located in the Belgian city of Genk. It is predominantly known for its open-air museum, castle, arboretum, fragrance garden and open-air playground. The area is protected by Europe as a Natura 2000 area. https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bokrijk_(domein) undefined We meet each other: -either at the NMBS station in Landen with the 9:32 am train on platform 1 (train to Genk), arrival at Hasselt station at 9:56 am. -or in the ticket hall of the NMBS Hasselt station at 10 am. From there we leave on foot to Bokrijk, where we will also have a picnic. Along the way, we do mindfulness exercises with a debriefing around the question 'what does walking in the woods mean to me?'
