Festivités du 21 juillet: après-midi guinguette au Parc du Bailli
This year, Commune de Braine‑le‑Château wishes to celebrate the National Day in a resolutely friendly spirit. After the traditional Te Deum at 10:30 AM, the inhabitants are invited to meet from 11:30 AM at Parc du Bailli to share a festive moment, in the style of a guinguette in the Brainois way.
A simple, warm atmosphere open to all
Tables set up in the garden, open-air music, bar, dancing, games, aperitifs offered by the municipality… The goal is clear: to create a moment of meeting, relaxation, and good humor in the heart of the village. A musical group will come to liven up the end of the morning and the beginning of the afternoon.
Aperitifs offered & very Belgian fries
The municipality will offer the aperitif, a food truck of fries (paid) will also be available to make the party even more Belgian.
Dress code: black-yellow-red
To add a touch of color, you are invited to come dressed with a black, yellow, and red detail: a t‑shirt, a scarf, a hat… or even a simple accessory in order to create a nice collective nod to our National Day.
An invitation to experience the village
This July 21 guinguette is intended to be a simple, accessible, and intergenerational moment, where everyone can enjoy a drink, a tune of music, and the pleasure of being together.
We are waiting for many of you.
(Being in Belgium, we are not safe from a national downpour, if that is the case, we will be obliged to limit the event to the aperitif until 1 PM – the information would then be communicated via the Facebook page and the website of the municipality)
